Working Speed
Optimum results are obtained by operating the Landcommander at a speed of 5-6 MPH.
Turning
Because of the sideways anchoring effect of the disc gangs, the machine should always be raised
when turning at the end of the field. This will relieve stress on the disc gangs, shanks, and machine
frame as well as eliminate large soil piles resulting from forcing the discs sideways.
