Close the top cooking plate which has a
floating hinge that is designed to evenly
press down on the panini. The top plate
must be fully lowered to cook the panini.
The Grilling Height Control on the right
hand side of the top plate is used to
adjust for the thickness of the panini.

Toasting should take approximately
5–8 minutes. Exact toasting time will
be a matter of preference. It will also
depend on the type of bread and
filling used.

When panini is cooked, use the handle
to open the top plate. Remove the panini
using a non-metallic spatula or tongs.
Never use metal tongs or a knife as
these can cause damage to the non-stick
coating of the cooking plates.
NOTE
The green ‘Ready’ light will cycle on
and off during the process indicating
that the correct temperature is being
maintained.
USING THE PLATE RELEASE
fEATURE
Your grill features a plate “Release” button
which allows you to separately remove the
top and bottom grill plates. It also enables
you to safely and conveniently wash your
grill plates.
Releasing the grill plates.

After cooking allow the grill to cool
down.
2.
Always remove the top plate before
removing the bottom plate.
3.
To remove the grill plates press the
“Release” buttons located on the front of
the top and bottom panel. The plates will
unlock from the front where they can
then be released individually.
4.
Once released, hold the plates
and remove.
