THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE
ONLY, DO NOT USE THE UNIT FOR COMMERCIAL
OR LABORATORY PURPOSES.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage at negative
temperature, unpack it and wait for 4 hours before
using.
• Unpack the unit and remove all the packaging
materials.
• Keep the original package.
• Read the safety measures and operating
recommendations.
• Check the delivery set.
• Examine the unit for damages, in case of damage do
not plug it into the mains.
•
Make sure that specified specifications of power
supply voltage of the unit correspond to the
specifications of your mains.
• Clean the deep fryer body (4) surface with a slightly
damp cloth and then wipe it dry.
•
Press the «PUSH»-button (5) (fig. 1), the lid (2) will
open (fig. 2).
•
Take the handle (8), shift the lock (9) (fig. 3) and lift
the handle (8) to the horizontal position, release the
lock (9) (fig. 4).
•
Take the basket (8) out by the handle (10) (fig. 5).
• Take the lid (2) with your hands and remove it
upwards (fig. 6).
• Wipe the deep fat container (14) from the inside only.
• Install the lid (2) back to their places.
PRODUCTS FRYING

ATTENTION!
- It is recommended to use good quality vegetable
oil or a multi-purpose deep fat frying oil.

It is not recommended to mix different oils.
- Do not use an oil and fat mixture for deep fat
frying, this mixture may suddenly foam and spill
out of the deep fat container.
- If you use cooking, animal or vegetable fat, chop
it into small pieces and place it in the container;
using the temperature control knob (6), set a low
temperature, after fat melting you can bring the
temperature to the maximum recommended for
this type of fat.
FRYING RECOMMENDATIONS
- When frying several types of products, put
products requiring lower processing temperature
first.
- Before frying a new products portion, wait for
3-5 minutes till frying fat heats up to the required
temperature.
- When the indicator (16) goes out, start cooking a
new portion of products.
- Pre-cooked products require a higher frying
temperature and a shorter cooking time compared
to raw products.
