• After products frying and switching the deep fat fryer
off, wait until frying fat cools down completely.
• Remove the lid (2) and pour the frying fat into a
suitable container.
• Change frying fat regularly (after approx. 8-12
fryings).
• Frying fat must be changed if it has become too dark
and thick, if it starts to bubble when heated, smells or
tastes bad.
•
If frying fat can be used further, filter it, pour into
a container with a leakproof lid and store in the
refrigerator until next use.
OVERHEATING PROTECTION
If the operating temperature of the heating element is
exceeded, the thermal switch will be on.
•
If the deep fryer switched off during operation,
disconnect the power plug (13) from the mains.
• Let the deep fryer cool down completely.
• Open the lid (2) and remove the basket (10).
• Pull the unit with the heating element towards you
(see the picture in the description) and remove it from
the body (4).
• Turn the unit over and press the thermal switch on
button (18) «RESTART» (pic. 9).
• Insert the unit with the heating element into the deep
fryer body (4) and switch the deep fryer on.
• If the deep fryer does not switch on or the thermal
switch switches on again, it may be due to another
malfunction, in which case contact the service center.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Clean the deep fat fryer after every use.
•
Switch the deep fryer off by setting the temperature
control button (6) to the position «MIN», disconnect
the power plug (13) from the mains and wait until the
deep fryer cools down completely.
• Press the button (5), take the handle (8), move the
clamp (9) and lift the handle (8) into vertical position.
Release the clamp (9) and remove the basket (10) by
the handle (10).
• Take the lid (2) with your hands and remove it pulling
upwards.
• Pour the frying fat into a suitable container.
• Wash the lid (2) and the basket (10) with warm water
and neutral detergent, rinse them and wipe dry.
• Wipe the inner surface of the frying fat container, you
can use some neutral detergent. After that rinse it
and wipe the container dry.
• Install the lid (2) back to its place.
• Wipe the deep fat fryer body (4) surface with a
slightly damp cloth, then dry up.
• Pull the unit with the heating element towards you
(see the picture in the description) and remove it
from the body (4). Check the surface of the heating
element (17), if food residues accidentally get on the
heating element, clean the surface of the heating
element (17).
