7. Place your food in the upper opening of your Grater/Slicer accessory and then if necessary
push it using the pusher (19) in the vertical tube of the mincer. Do not touch the
accessory with your fingers when it is working.
e) Using Your Pasta Accessories
1. Prepare your pasta with flour and water in the proportion of 5:2 (500 g of flour to 200 g
or water, or 500 g of flour to 2 eggs and 100 g water).
2. Mix your preparation in the stainless steel bowl of your kitchen machine using the whisk
(8c) on speed 1 to 4 for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Remove the accessory attachment cover (2a).
4. Choose a pasta disc (17a, 17b, 17c, 17d, 17e) depending on the type of pasta you want to
make.
5. Insert the spiral (12) inside the metal mincer holder (11) so that it clicks in and locks.
6. Place your chosen pasta disc on the external part of the spiral and the screw the lock onto
the entire assembly to lock it.
7. Place a container under the pasta accessory outlet to collect the pasta.
8. Plug in your kitchen machine.
