Pre-assembling the motor:

Pre-assemble the motor with the
two motor bars (

) as close as
possible to the linear module to
permit problem-free insertion of
the second belt pulley (

).
Installing the belt pulley:
1.
Lightly lubricate the tensioning
unit (

).
2.
Attach the belt pulley (
6
) and
tensioning unit to the motor
journal and guide into the belt.
3.
Adjust distance B to the housing
according to table 7 (page 30 ).
4.
Install the tensioning unit. Refer
to "Installing first belt pulley".
Tension the belt
