secured.

Remove the plastic caps on the collector
connections
immediately
prior
to
installation.

leaking solar hoses!
It is very important to ensure that all hose
clamps are tightened firmly.
Use lifting equipment as used by
professional roofers or 3-point suction
handles with adequate load bearing
capacity for the installation.
Avoid movement of personnel below the
working area during installation.

Positioning the first collector
Fix the front end collector front supports using
collector clamp and M8 screws as shown in
picture 9 & 10

After fixing the front end supports, lift the rear
end of the collector and place it on the tank
mounting support as shown in fig. Position the
collectors and clamp it to the mounting structure
using the collector clamps.

Plate
The connection plate of the collector
shall be always at the bottom side as
shown in the above picture
The collector side having the name
plate shall always be at the top side
facing towards the tank.
