Remove the end cap on the right side of the tank.
Insert tubular spanner (36 mm size) and remove the sacrificial anode.
Clean the deposits on the anode and insert is back. If it is worn out replace it.
For SS tanks sacrificial anode is mounted at right side top end of the tank. Follow the above procedure
to check the condition of the anode

Used appliances contain valuable materials that should be recycled. The various assemblies can be easily
dismantled and synthetic materials are marked accordingly. Assemblies can therefore be sorted by composition and
passed on for recycling or disposal.
