1. Unscrew the 2 screws at each side of the DCU.
2. Unscrew 4 screws , at the bottom of the DCU (see figure 10.4).
3. Lift the top cover from the DCU.
4. Remove the blind cover for the connector of the link card from both master as well
as slave DCU. Blind cover plates are slightly welded to the DCU housing, tap out a
blind cover plate with a screwdriver (see figure 10.4).
5. Install the master link card in the DCU which is connected to the Alphadesk central
control PC, and the slave link card in the other DCU (see figure 10.5).
6. Check if jumper J2 of the master DCU is closed.
7. Open jumper J2 of the slave DCU (see figure 10.6).
8. Close both DCUs.
