Connect the optional BS-DCU connection cable LBB 6721/02 to the BS 0-7 or BS
8-15 connector of the DCU (see figure 7.7). The wires of the connection cable must
be connected via a terminal strip, located near by a PABX, to the base stations (see
figure 7.3). For wiring of the BS-DCU connection cable (see Table 7.2).

7.3.3 Software configuration of the base station
Caution
When a new system has been set up or when base stations are
added to an existing system it is necessary to carry out a cable delay
measurement. This has to be done by use of the software installed on
the Alphadesk central control PC, described in the “Instructions For Use”
of the LBB 6511/00.
