With menu item 2 the childproofing feature
can be permanently switched on or off. This
setting is adopted for each new cooking
session.

the acoustic signals

In the event of an error message the acoustic
signal is always heard at full volume and
cannot be changed.

The acoustic signal when switching on or off
is always set to at least volume level 4.

The current set volume is shown in the rear,
left-hand cooking zone display when the
menu item is called up.
