4. To verify that the belt is properly aligned, slowly increase the speed to a maximum of 6.0 mph or 9,6 km/h, and let the
belt turn for at least one minute. Carefully observe that the belt does not track to the left or to the right side. If the belt
continues to track to one side, or you hear a rubbing noise, immediately press the STOP key to stop the belt. You will
need to verify the alignment again.
5. Press the STOP key to terminate the test.
CURRENT TEST
1. Press the JustGo
®
key to proceed.
2. Take the reading without load at 2 mph.
3. Take the reading with load at 2 mph.
4. Repeat these procedures at 4 mph.
5. Press the STOP key to terminate the test.
NOTE: During this test, the amperage and the tension will be shown on the central information window in the following format:
3.1 A, 20V. Here 3.1 A stands for 3.1 Amps, and 20 V stands for 20 Volts DC. The value of the amperage must never exceed
15 amps (10 amps for international version).
ELEVATION CALIBRATION
Elevation calibration should only be performed if your computer, your motor drive or your elevation motor needs to be changed
or repaired, or if you feel that the elevation is not working properly. The elevation calibration procedure is automatic and does not
require any tools.
1. In the DIAGNOSTICS menu, select ELEVATION CALIBRATION and accept it by pressing the JustGo
®
key.
2. Wait for test to finish by itself (It will take less than two minutes and cannot be stopped).
WARNING – Do not stand on the belt during this procedure. The treadmill will elevate to a maximum of 15% incline.
Allow the treadmill to raise and lower automatically. The procedure will take less than two minutes.
WARNING – If the elevation calibration procedure is not fully completed, do not use the treadmill.
It is important to fully complete elevation calibration procedure prior to using the treadmill.
SPEED SENSOR TEST
The Speed Sensor test allows you to see whether your speed sensor circuit is functional or not.
1. In the DIAGNOSTICS menu, select SPEED SENSOR TEST and accept it by pressing the JustGo
®
key.
2. Allow the belt to reach 2.0 mph or 3,2 km/h (step off the machine).
3. A message will be displayed if the circuit is “GOOD” or “BAD” on the central information window.
4. If it is not functional:
•
Check if your speed sensor is connected.
•
Check if your optical disc is clean and make sure that there is no dirt blocking the speed sensor.
•
Check alignment of sensor vs disc.
5. Press the STOP key to terminate the test.
MOTOR CHECK
MOTOR CHECK should only be performed if your lower board motor computer needs to be changed, repaired, or if you feel that
the speed is not working properly. The motor check procedure is automatic and does not require any tools.
1. In the Diagnostics menu, select MOTOR CHECK and accept it by pressing the JustGo
®
key.
2. Press the STOP key to terminate the test once “MOTOR OK” is displayed.
WARNING – Do not stand on the belt during this procedure.
