2.5 Warm Up
Doing a warm up period before an exercise is strongly recommended for your safety. Your T460X / T460XC / T320X, has a
feature that will allow you to warm up on your treadmill. If the warm up option is activated, a warm up screen will be displayed
prior to each exercise. Be aware that the warm up screen is not available for the JustGo
®
program in which you need to
establish your own warm up periods.
The warm up duration (Maximum: 4 minutes) is divided in 3 Zones.
Warm up:
•
Zone 1: Is 40% in intensity of the first segment exercise.
•
Zone 2: Is 60% in intensity of the first segment exercise.
•
Zone 3: Is 80% in intensity of the first segment exercise.
NOTE: The default value of the warm up is 3 minutes and set to off. In the “WARM UP” mode, the calories, time and distance
parameters are not added to the parameters of the exercise following the warm up.
To activate or deactivate the WARM UP option: Enter into the SETTINGS menu, See Section 2.1.
1. Select the WARM UP option, and press the JustGo
®
key to accept.
2. Select ON or OFF. Press the SPEED INCREASE or DECREASE key to choose. Then press the JustGo
®
key to
accept.
3. To adjust the duration of the warm up, use the speed keys. From now on, the warm up option will be in the selected
mode.
NOTE: If you wish to cancel the warm up while you perform it, simply press the STOP key to interrupt the feature.
2.6 Cool Down
Doing a cool down period after an exercise is strongly recommended for your safety. Your T460X / T460XC / T320X, has a
feature that will allow you to cool down on your treadmill.
If the cool down option is activated, a cool down screen will be displayed after each exercise. Be aware that the cool down
screen is not available for the JustGo
TM
program in which you need to establish your own cool down periods.
The cool down feature has an adjustable duration of one to four minutes and has only one part.
Cool down:
•
Part 1: Is half of the intensity of the last segment exercise with a maximum speed of 3.5 mph (5,6 km/h).
NOTE: The cool down default value is 3 minutes and set to off. In the “COOL DOWN” mode, the calories, time and distance
parameters are not added to the parameters of the exercise preceding the cool down. ..
To activate or deactivate the cool down option:
Enter
into the SETTINGS menu, See Section 2.1.

key to accept.
2. Select ON or OFF. Press the SPEED INCREASE or DECREASE key to choose and press the JustGo
®
key to accept.
3. To adjust the duration of the cool down, use the speed keys. From now on, the cool down option will be in the selected
mode.

2.7 Beeper
The beeper can be activated or deactivated.
