3.2  Manual

The  Manual  program  allows  you  to  create  your  own  exercise  as  you  progress  in  the  program.  The  speed  and  elevation  are

completely controlled by the user at all times. At a glance, the JustGo

TM

and Manual programs seem very similar due to the fact

that the user controls both the speed and elevation at all times. The difference is that in the Manual program, you can select your

goal  type  and  enter  your  weight  for  a  more  accurate  display  of  the  caloric  expenditure.  During  the  exercise,  the  speed  and

elevation that you select will remain the same until you make the next change. Your progression in the exercise is shown by one

flashing dot.

3.3  Calorie Goal (Goal select - 100 – 150 - 200)

The Calorie goal program provides a simulation of an excursion where the speed and elevation vary. At any time during the

exercise, you can modify the speed and/or the elevation if you find the exercise not challenging enough or too difficult.  Changing

the elevation and/or speed manually will cause the entire profile to change and will modify the amount of time required to reach

your goal.  The program ends once your goal has been reached.

To select the Calorie Goal programs:

The Distance goal program provides a simulation of an excursion where the speed and elevation vary. At any time during the

exercise, you can modify the speed and/or the elevation if you find the exercise not challenging enough or too difficult.  Changing
