Baseball Pitch

Attach a single handle to the mid pulley.  Stand in front of the ma-

chine, grasp the single handle and throw as if you are throwing a 

baseball. 

 

Variation:

 You can attach the single handle to the high pulley to em-

phasize the downward part of the motion.
