2.1.2.2 Electrical installation - NTP PoE model

- With lighting option: pass the mains cable through the left-hand cable gland then connect this
cable to the terminal block

in the terminals L-N-
dedicated to the lighting

- Attach this cable to the fixing plate with a cable retainer

- Pass the Ethernet cable through the smallest central cable gland,
- Then crimp the RJ45 male connector on the cable, but only once it has been passed through into
the clock and check crimping of the cable using a network tester,
- Then connect this cable to the circuit board via the Ethernet port

- Connect the back-up battery cable (if there is one) to the circuit board

- Clean the seal and then apply silicone oil on it,
- Move the clock face closer and then reconnect the flat cable

board to the movement

- Limit the length of the cable by passing it through the cable clip

in order to avoid shading in
the case of the lighting option (contact of the cable with the dial once the clock is closed),
PoE version circuit board with power supply module behind the Ethernet port
- Close the clock again by putting the clock face back in its original position,
- Tighten the four cover screws (1,2 Nm),
- Replace and tighten the air inlet screw (15 Nm) located on the underside of the clock.
