When using a TV to view a
Windows application, the
application’s title bar and
edges go off the screen.
I get a message that reads
“Unable to find www.xxx...”
When using a TV, the edges of the screen are lost
due to the overscan mode used by BocaVision. To
counteract this effect, the ICA client needs to be
placed in underscan mode.
Edit the *.ICA file for the application in question and
add the following command to the section called out
by the [Application Servers]. Example:
[WFClient]
version=2
TCPBrowserAddress=100.2.185.10
[Application Servers]
RAS=
[RAS]
Address=100.2.185.10
.
.
.
UseSafeArea=on
(this is the command to add)

.
Click on the Continue button that is part of this error
box and then either:
• Click Connect, then Browse to type in a different
URL.
OR
• Click on Smart Card to go offline and change URL
details on the Smart Card
