Vehicle equipment
This chapter describes all standard, country-spe‐
cific and special equipment available for the
model series. It may therefore describe equip‐
ment and functions which are not installed in
your vehicle, for example on account of the op‐
tional equipment selected or the country specifi‐
cation. This also applies to safety-relevant func‐
tions and systems. Please comply with the
relevant laws and regulations when using the
corresponding functions and systems.
General
The technical data and specifications in the
Owner's Handbook are reference figures. The
vehicle-specific data can deviate from this, for
example, due to selected special equipment,
country variant or country-specific measurement
method. Detailed values can be found in the per‐
mit documents, on information plates on the ve‐ hicle or can be requested from a Service Partner
of the manufacturer or another qualified Service
Partner or a specialist workshop.
The information in the vehicle papers always
takes precedence over the information in this
Owner's Handbook.
Dimensions
The dimensions can vary depending on the
model version, equipment or country-specific
measurement method.
The heights specified do not take into account
add-on parts such as a roof aerial, roof railing or spoiler. The heights can deviate, for example,
due to selected special equipment, tyres, loads
and suspension design.
