13 Warranty
13.1 Warranty period
Unless it has been separately (and otherwise) specified in the quote, partnership agreement, or General Terms &
Conditions, the warranty is valid for 12 months from the delivery date.
13.2 Processing of warranty claims
Warranty claims are generally processed by the sales partner unless this has been separately (and otherwise)
specified in the quote, partnership agreement, or General Terms & Conditions.
13.3 Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by improper handling or operation, together with faults
arising from the use of non-original parts or accessories. The warranty does not cover any damage arising from
external factors such as lightning, water, fire, or any transport-related damage. Any warranty claim will be deemed
invalid if AIRSKIN® has been repaired, altered or modified by the operator. Liability for damage to external systems
