AT6020 48’ Hydraulic Hose Installation

Wing lift
hoses
1. Attach bottom (O) (DP5318)
3/8” x 240” (20’), 6FJX-
8MSAE hoses to (DP4004)
10MJ-10MJ-10MJ tee near
flow divider. Attach second
(O) (DP5318) 3/8” x 240” (20’),
6FJX-8MSAE on cylinder butt
end fitting.
2. Extend (O) hoses through hose
holders on tongue to hitch.
Install two (DP4383) Pioneer
fittings.
3. Install (I) (DP5309) 3/8” x 43”
(3’-7”) 6FJX-6FJX hose to
(DP4004) 10MJ-10MJ-10MJ
tee. Extend and attach to
rod end of right-hand
(DP4398) cylinder.
4. Attach (J) (DP5310) 3/8” x 77”
(6’-5”) 6FJX-6FJX hose to
(DP4379) 6FJX-6MJ-6MJ
tee. Extend and attach to
rod end of left-hand
(DP4398) cylinder.
5. Install (H) (DP5308) 3/8” x 32”
(2’-8”) from DP4379 fitting to
butt end of DP4398 left-hand
cylinder.
6. Attach
(L) (DP5312) 3/8” x 143”
(11’11”) 6FJX-6FJX to butt end
tees of (DP4398) primary wing
cylinders. Extend hoses through
hose holders to tractor side
secondary wing cylinders,
butt end tees.
7. Install (I) (DP5311) 3/8” x 134”
(11’2”) 6FJX-6FJX to rod end
tees of (DP4398) primary wing
cylinders. Extend hoses through
hose holders to tractor side
secondary wing cylinders,
rod end tees.
