1. Position (a) (AM6186) 6”
mounting bracket on the
rear tube.
Secure with (b) (BP3350)
3/4” x 6”W x 7-7/16” L u-bolt,
(c) (BP3035) 3/4” lock washer
and (d) (BP3034) 3/4” hex nut.
2. Attach (e) (AP2711) 1-1/4”
snap ring on one end of
(f) (BM3547) 1-1/4” x 5-3/4”
double grooved pin. Place
(g) (BP3249) 1-7/8” OD x
1-1/4” ID, 14 GA machinery
bushing on pin. Raise (h)
(AM7581) gauge wheel leg
to mounting bracket insert
pin and place machinery
bushing and snap ring on
pin.
3. Pivot wheel leg and insert
(i) (BP3051) 1” x 6” hitch
pin. Secure pin with (j)
(BP3500) hair pin clip, 3/16”.
4. Turn set screws out and
insert hub and spindle
assembly. Tighten set
screws and jam nuts.
5. Place (k) (AP4208) black
Vinyl grip on pivot handle.
