AT6020
1. Attach (a) (AM6166) third wing
left-hand or (b) (AM6167) third
wing right-hand to secondary
wing with (c) (BM3461) 1-3/4”
x 19-3/4” OAL with 21/32”, hole
Insert pin through third wing
hinge weldment.
Place (d) (BP3205) 2-1/2” OD
x 1-3/4” 10 GA. machinery
bushings at the top and bottom
of third wing hinge.
2. Secure pin with (e) (BP3135)
5/8” x 3-1/2” hex cap screw and
(f) (BP3375) 5/8” hex lock nut.
3. Mount (g) (AM3601) 11-3/4”
double linkage wing fold on
secondary hinge weldment
with (h) (BM3816) 1-1/4” X
9-13/16” pin with 13/32” hole.
Secure pin with (i) (BP3096)
3/8” x 2-1/2” hex cap screw
and (j) (CP2660) 3/8” hex
lock nut, Nylock.
4. Install (k) (AM3602) 11-3/4”
single linkage wing fold to
third wing hinge weldment
with (l) (BM3563) 1” x 7” pin
with 13/32” hole.
Secure (m) (BP3115) 3/8”
x 2” hex cap screw and (j)
(CP2660) 3/8” hex lock nut,
Nylock.

5. When cylinder is extended
attach to linkage with (n),
(BM3543) 1” x 4-5/16” double
grooved pin, (o) (BP3215)
1-1/2” OD x 1” ID, 14 GA.
machinery bushings and
(p) (AP2407) 1” snap rings.
