6. Erste Inbetriebnahme
Betrieb
(Einschalten, Ausschalten,
Bedienungselemente)
6.1 Bedingungen
Der Trockner ist einschaltbereit wenn:
•
Das Gerät entsprechend Kapitel 5. „Aufstellung, Monta-
ge“ installiert wurde.
•
Alle Zu- und Ableitungen sachgerecht angeschlossen
sind.
•
Die erforderlichen Energien (Elektro; Druckluft) verfüg-
bar sind.
•
Absperrorgane (z.B. Ventil, Kugelhahn) in der Druckluft-
ein- und -austrittsleitung geschlossen sind (wenn vor-
handen).
•
Der Druckluft-Bypass geöffnet ist (wenn vorhanden).
•
Kondensat durch die Kondensatableitung ungehindert
abfließen kann (Taste PUSH-TO-TEST).
•
Das Gerät mit der entsprechenden Betriebsspannung
versorgt wird
•
Die Timereinstellungen korrekt sind (siehe Kapitel 6.5)
6.2 Einschalten
Gerät nur einschalten, wenn alle Bedingungen
des Abschnittes 6.1 erfüllt sind.
Schalter in Position „I“ (Ein) schalten.
(Leuchtmelder „KÄLTEMITTELVERDICHTER EIN“ ist
eingeschaltet)
Nach ca. 15 Minuten langsam das Absperrorgan in der
Druckluftzuleitung öffnen.
Absperrorgan in der Druckluftaustrittsleitung öffnen.
Druckluft-Bypass schließen.
Der Kälte-Drucklufttrockner ist nun in BETRIEB.
Beachten Sie bitte den Abschnitt 6.3 "Betrieb".
6. Initial start-up
Operation
(switching on, switching off,
controls)
6.1 Preconditions
The refrigerated compressed air-dryer is ready
for operation when:
•
The device has been installed in accordance with section
5. „Assembly, installation“.
•
All inlet and outlet lines have been correctly connected.
•
The required forms of energy (electricity, compressed-
air) are available.
•
The shut-off devices (e.g. butterfly valve, ball valve) in
the compressed-air inlet and outlet lines are closed (if
installed).
•
The compressed-air bypass is open (if installed).
•
The condensate is able to flow through the condensate
discharger without obstruction (Buuton PUSH-TO-TEST).
•
The appropriate operating voltage is supplied to the dryer.
•
The timer adjustments are correct (see chapter 6.5)
6.2 Switching on the dryer
The device is to be switched on only when all the
conditions specified in section 6.1 have been
fulfilled.
Set switch to position „I“ (ON)
(Indicator light for „Refrigerant compressor ON“ is switched
on).
After approx. 15 minutes slowly open the shut-off device
in the compressed-air inlet line.
Open the shut-off device in the compressed-air outlet
line.
Close the compressed-air bypass.
The dryer is now OPERATIVE.
