5. Aufstellung und Montage
5.1 Aufstellungsort
Der Kälte-Drucklufttrockner sollte in einem trockenen und staub-
freien Innenraum aufgestellt werden. Zur Wartung der Anlage ist
es dringend erforderlich, daß genügend Freiraum vorhanden ist.
Die Aufstellung soll auf einer ebenen, geraden Fläche erfolgen.
Spezielle Fundamente zur Aufstellung des Kälte-Druckluft-
trockners sind nicht erforderlich.
Umgebungstemperatur und maximale Höhe des Aufstellungsortes
entnehmen Sie bitte dem Kapitel 10.
5.2 Freiraum
Der Freiraum für Kühlluftein- und austritt und für Servicezwecke
sollte auf der Vorderseite, sowie auf der rechten und linken Seite
min. 610 mm betragen.
5.3 Montage
ACHTUNG!
Achten Sie bei der Montage darauf, daß keine Zug-
und Druckkräfte auf die Geräteanschlüsse übertra-
gen werden.
5.4 Anschluß an das Druckluftnetz
Die Druckluftein- und -austrittsleitung sollte mit Absperrorganen
(Kugelhähne, Ventile), sowie mit einem Bypass versehen werden.
Die Dimensionierung der Anschlüsse entnehmen Sie bitte dem Kapi-
tel 10. „Technische Daten“.
Hinweis!
Wir empfehlen den Einsatz von Vibrations-
kompensatoren in den Druckluftein- und Austritts-
leitungen, um Undichtigkeiten durch übertragene
Spannungen auszuschließen.
Achtung!
Der Wärmetauscher darf luftseitig nur mit dem
Medium Druckluft beaufschlagt werden!
Die Bestandteile der Druckluft dürfen nicht aggres-
siv oder säurebildend sein (z.B. säurehaltige Dämp-
fe, Ammoniak)!
5. Installation and mounting
5.1 Location of Installation
The refrigeration compressed air dryer should be installed in a
dry room indoors. Ample free space should be allowed for the
maintenance of the device. The refrigeration compressed air dryer
should be installed on a straight and even floor.
Special foundation for the installation of the refrigeration
compressed air dryer are not necessary.
Re ambient temperature and maximum height of the location for
installation please see chapter 10.
5.2 Clearance
Free air flow and service maintenance- Allow at least 610 mm on
the front side, on the right side and on the left side of the cabinet.
5.3 Mounting
CAUTION!
When installing the dryer ensure all connections
are even and no pressure is placed on inlet and
outlet connections.
5.4 Connection to the compressed air system
The compressed air inlet and outlet line should be equipped with
shut off valves and a by-pass system.
For the sizing of the connections please see chapter 10. „Technical
Data“.
Remark!
We recommend to use vibration compensators in
the compressed air inlet and outlet lines to avoid
leakage because of tension.
Remark!
The heat exchanger must operate on air side only
with the medium compressed air!
No aggressive components are allowed (f.ex. acid,
amonia)
