7.2 Maintenance and inspection list

After repairing
Check the efficiency of all
safety devices.
Check all accessible screw
connections for tight seat.
Check whether all machine
parts are assembled safely
and correctly.
Daily and prior
to starting work
Check the hose connections
for tightness and fixed seat.
Check the hoses to the blast
cleaning machine for
damages.
Check the electric connections
for sediments of dirt or foreign
bodies.
Remove foreign bodies and dust
deposits.
Check the hydraulic
connections for sediments of
dirt or foreign bodies.
Remove foreign bodies and dust
deposits.
Check the hydraulic hoses for
leaks, damages and wear.
Replace if necessary.
Make sure the dust hoppers of
the filter unit are empty.
Please comply with the local
waste treatment regulations
considering the removed
material.
During
operation
Watch the level and mixture of
abrasive in the blast cleaning
machine. The mixture should
be nearly clean.
If necessary regulate the air flow
with the blower throttle.
Compare the filter pressure
(max.) front and rear.
Beneath 10 mBar adjust the
pressure.
