7.2 Maintenance and inspection list
Check period

After repairing
Check the efficiency of all
safety devices.
Check all screw connections
for tight seat.
Check whether all side shift
and machine adapter parts are
assembled safely and
correctly.
Daily and prior
to starting work
Check the hydraulic hoses for
damages and wear.
Replace if necessary.
Check the hydraulic
connections for sediments of
dirt or foreign bodies.
Remove foreign bodies and dust
deposits.
Check all screw connections
for tight seat.
Check whether all side shift
and machine adapter parts are
assembled safely and
correctly.
Annually or
every 150 hours
(whatever
comes first)
Inspect all weldings for cracks. Check especially the vertical
weldings on the adapter plate
arm and the weldings near the
swivel. And check especially all
weldings on the swivel brackets.
Replace parts!
See chapter 7.4 for parts that
must be replaced annually

Full overhaul and cleaning of
the complete machine.
Every two years
or every 300
hours (whatever
