Startup Display
1. If the SAFETY KEY is taken off, the matrix window will display an arrow pointing
downwards. If the SAFETY KEY is replaced the matrix window will display LB (KG). The
weight window will blink and display the last entered value. The default value is 150 LBS
(70 kg), and the range is 50 - 286 LB (23 - 130 kg). After entering your weight, press
ENTER. This window will return to start/ready status and the matrix window displays a
flashing heart. The reason for entering your weight is to make the calories burned display
more accurate.
2. During exercise, when the SAFETY KEY is removed, the treadmill will stop running. At this
time place the SAFETY KEY back, a beep will sound and then all the values will go back to
the initial settings.
3. Under Start / Ready status, if you don’t hold the hand grip heart rate sensors, the PULSE
window will display the letters HP. When you hold them, you will see the PULSE window
start to display your heart rate.
Operating Instructions
1. Under Start / Ready status, you can press PROGRAM to select a program.
2. Under Start / Ready status, press Start to begin the Manual Run program immediately.
3. Press to start and stop the fan.
4. When the safety key is removed and put back, whatever the current position of incline, it
will not return automatically to zero. The user must press the Start key to return the incline
to zero.
5. When the user turns off power and then turns it back on, whatever the current position of
incline, it will not return automatically to zero. The user must press the Start key to return
the incline to zero.
6. In the Start / Ready position, press the Stop key for 5 seconds and whatever the current
position of incline, it will return to zero.
In any program, pressing the Stop key will pause the current program. To resume the current
program press the Start key. To exit the current program and return to the standby mode, press
the Stop key again.
Edit Mode
1. Under Start/Ready status, press PROGRAM to choose a program. The PROGRAM
indicator will blink. The LCD will display P1 - P8 for users to select a program with the
