4.6.6.A Setting User Access
To set a user’s access rights to the devices in your system, highlight that user in the
User List and press [Ctrl] along with “S”. The Access Setup screen will appear on
your monitor.

If you want to change a user’s access rights to a particular device, use your
keyboard’s up- and down-arrow keys or the search function to highlight the device,
then press [Ctrl] along with “L” to toggle whether the user can access that device.
If you want to enable or disable a user’s access to all devices at once, highlight a
device with the desired access setting (“Yes” for enabled or “No” for disabled), then
press [Ctrl] along with “S” to set the user’s access rights to all devices in the list to
match. To move the display to the top of the device list, press [Ctrl] along with “T”;
to move it to the bottom of the list, press [Ctrl] along with “B”.
Unlike the Management Card’s other menus, you’ll press [Ctrl] along with “X”
to save your changes and return to the User List. Press [Esc] (the escape key) to
return to the User List without saving your changes.
