CHAPTER 3: CONFIGURATION USING RS-MODERATOR

FIGURE 3-50. CONTROL SYSTEM INTEGRATION SCREEN

In the “Enable control system integration” item, you can enable communication of the reservation system panel with the Black Box
control system. This makes it possible for reservation system panels to transfer information on room occupancy and currently
running meetings to the control system.
In the “Show control keypad“ item, you can enable the displaying of the control keyboard on the reservation system panel. The user
can then activate the keypad by pressing the options button in the upper right corner of the screen and then selecting “Control.“
When you finish the detailed room settings, tap the “OK” button. Repeat this step for all units. When you set all units, tap “Save” to
save changes and apply it to the whole reservation suite.
