Set encryption type, WEP Key# used and then followed by
encryption Key

64-bit encryption, enter a 5 hexadecimal characters
encryption key.
For
128-bit encryption, enter a 13 ASCII characters or 26
hexadecimal characters encryption key.
WKID <1-4>
Selects one of four key sets to be used for encryption.
