Dimensions (if specified) may have tolerances accord-
ing to EN ISO 13920-B.
The legend applies to all BITZER oil separators and
contains connection positions that do not occur in every
oil separator series.
4.3
Mounting the oil thermostat
Do not operate the system without oil thermostat!
• Remove the plug (see chapter Connections, page
17, Position 6).
• Insert the oil thermostat (see chapter Mounting, page
16, "Simple electrical equipment") into the heater
sleeve.
• Tighten the fixing screw.
DANGER
Risk of explosion due to an incorrectly connec-
ted oil thermostat!
Only use an oil thermostat which is suitable for
the use in a potentially explosive atmosphere
and connect it together with the section switch
amplifier!
4.4
Mounting the oil heater
Observe the information in the operating instructions of
the heater manufacturer!
DANGER
Risk of explosion due to an incorrectly mounted
oil heater!
Only use the oil heater approved by BITZER
and authorised for the use in potentially explos-
ive atmosphere!
