Water Dispensing

If...

Possible Cause

Check the mains, plug and

voltage. Connect the Power Plug.

Press (start icon) button to start

the function.

Press the button twice (see

pg.18).

Perform citric acid cleaning (see

pg.25).

Improve your drinking water

quality.

This mild new-plastics odor will

disappear after a few use.

It is called “scale” and is

harmless to your health. Perform

citric acid cleaning regularly (see

pg.25).

Clean the product (see pg.24) or

perform citric acid cleaning as

necessary (see pg.25).

Call customer service for repair.

Connect the Power Plug.

Remedy the blockage

Once the hydrogen level reaches 1,200ppb, the "Automatically Maintaining

Peak Concentration" function will be turned on automatically. At this point,

reduced bubbling is normal.
