‘SEG(no.)IZ%’ - and in-zone percentage of the segment  
‘SEG(no.)ED’ - last detected heart rate of the segment  
‘AVE HR’ – average heart rate for this run record. In the corner, it will show this 
average as a percentage of the MHR 
‘CALORIE’ – the calories burnt for this run 
‘MAX HR’ – maximum heart rate of this run. In the corner, it will show this 
average as a percentage of the MHR 
‘MIN HR’ – minimum heart rate of this run.with percentage of MHR ‘BPM % 
MHR 
 
Please note that the in- zone percentage and the last detected heart rate of a 
segment will not be shown if the run is not closed / finished.  
 
When it has finished cycling through the complete set of data, it will return to the 
first screen, letting you know which run number you are reading. 
 
To exit and select another run to view, press 

Stop/Next 

at any time. 

 

5. If you need to clear the displaying run, press and hold the 

Set 

button. Note that only a 

closed run can be erased.  
6. Alternatively you may erase data of all the runs (e.g. to set the metric/imperial unit) by 
pressing and holding the 

Set

 button while you are in the ‘total time’ or the ‘calories’ 

consumption category.  
7. Press the 

Mode

 button to exit the data function.  

 

Alarm  

When you are in this function, you can turn the key tone on or off. Likewise you can also 
turn the chime function on or off. The appropriate icons will appear on or disappear from 
the screen as selected.  
 
1. Press the 

Mode

 button in order to go to the Alarm Function.  

2. To turn the alarm on or off, press the 

Start/Lap/Hold Stop

 button. The display will 

show either ‘ON’ or ‘OFF’. Use the 

Start/Lap/Hold Stop

 button to select the desired 

setting. ((•))

 

 

3. To set the alarm, press and hold the 

Set 

button until you see the words ‘SET HOLD’, 

followed by flashing digits.  
4. Set the hour- minute digits by pressing and holding the 

Start/Lap/Hold Stop 

button (to 

count up) or the 

Stop/Next button 

(to countdown) until you reach the desired hour or 

minutes. Use the 

Mode

 button to move from the hour digits to the minutes digits, or vice 

versa.  
5. Press the 

Set 

button to confirm your settings.
