Deleting a Single Patient File:
1.
On the Select a Patient screen, touch the name to highlight the patient file.
2.
Touch <Delete>.
3.
Touch <OK> to confirm.
All test results for that patient are deleted.
Deleting a Range of Patient Files:
A specific type of test can be deleted (i.e., all Fall Risk Tests).
1.
Touch <Delete Range>.
2.
Select the range of patient records to delete: From a specific date, Prior To a specific date,
between two dates (From/To). Enter the date.
3.
Touch <OK> to confirm.
4.
The selected files are deleted, and the system returns to the Patient Management screen.
Exporting Patient Data
Use Export Patient Data to copy a stored test to a file in the Biodex file format (.bio) or a CSV
file format. A program such as Microsoft Excel can be used to open and edit the CSV file. For
more information using CSV files, contact [email protected].

Exporting and importing require a USB flash drive. Insert a flash drive into one of the
USB ports on the display.
