5. Plug a clean fresh keg adapter (

) onto the adapter of the beer line (

) (see the
“Preparation” chapter – “Connecting a Fresh Keg”). This is the easiest way to clean
the beer line as the tip of the cleaning balloon is too narrow for the adapter of the
beer line.
6. Move the tap handle (

) into the horizontal position (

).
7. Fill the cleaning balloon with warm water. To do this, press it together, immerse it in
water and let go again.
8. Place the tip of the cleaning balloon on the tip on the bottom of the fresh keg adapter
(
Picture P
).
9. Press the cleaning balloon together with force repeatedly. The line will be rinsed with
the water. The waste water
fl
ows out of the tap.
10. Repeat the rinsing process (steps 7 – 9) with at least three balloonfuls.
11. Pull the nozzle spout (

) o
ff
the tap at the bottom.
12. Clean the nozzle spout with warm water and a little mild detergent.
13. Clean the tap with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary.
14. Insert the nozzle spout into the tap from below and press it on
fi
rmly.
15. Disconnect the fresh keg adapter from the beer line. To do this, press the white button
on the fresh keg adapter and pull o
ff
the adapter of the beer line (
18
).
16. Connect the beer keg to the device (see the “Preparation” chapter – “Tapping Into
and Connecting the Beer Keg” and “Connecting a Fresh Keg”).
17. Insert the mains plug into an easily accessible plug socket.

ff
switch to position

to switch the device on again.
PLEASE NOTE:
If disinfecting cleaner was used, allow a little beer to run into a glass
after rinsing through and pour this away. It might contain residues of the cleaner.
Emptying the Beer Keg and CO
2
Cartridge
1. Place a suitable vessel under the tap (

). The size of the vessel is dependent on the
amount of beer remaining in the keg.
2. Move the tap handle (

) into the horizontal position (

).
3. Turn the pressure regulator (

) as far as it will go towards

(Plus).
The remaining
beer will

ow out of the tap and the rest of the CO
2
will escape. You will hear a hissing
noise.
4. Move the tap handle into the horizontal position (

) when no more beer

out of the tap and you can no longer hear any hissing.

6. Remove the mains plug from the plug socket.
