INTENDED USE
These tool set has been designed for cleaning the injector seat and manholes of glow plugs and
injectors.

SAFETY ADVICE

Take care while working on hot engines; risk of burns caused by hot exhaust manifolds or other
engine parts!

Take care while removing high-pressure diesel fuel lines; risk of fire and personal injuries.

Only use the tools when wearing personal protection equipment such as safety goggles and
protective gloves.

This instruction manual is intended to provide you with some basic information and does not by
any means substitute a repair shop manual. Always use specific service manuals to avoid false
diagnosis, wrong settings and wrong assembly that can lead to engine damages.

Clean the injector shaft or the glow plug shaft, respectively, free of all contaminants and deposits
before you use the tools in order to prevent any foreign matters from entering into the combustion
chamber.
•
Foreign matters that have entered into the combustion chamber must be removed before starting
the engine to avoid the risk of damaging the engine.
•
Secure the engine against unintentional starting. Remove ignition key / disconnect minus terminal
of the battery.
•
Always follow the car manufacturer’s instructions.
