MOD. BEZZERA VERTICALE
B – Connect to the potable water network
4.4 Equipotential connection
(Fig. 05)
This connection, foreseen by some norms, has the
function to avoid electric potential differences be-
tween the masses of devices installed in a same
room. This device is equipped with a terminal in
order to connect an external conductor , with eye-
let terminal to be inserted between the two nuts,
with nominal section in compliance with current
legislations.
5 – USE OF MACHINE
Warning! Never point sources
of steam or hot water on the
body of the machine during
normal use or during cleaning
procedure.
5.1 Start up of machine and loading
of water inside boiler
(Fig. 01)
Open the water shut-off valve.
Bring the lever of the omnipolar switch belonging
to the electric system on ON.
When the switch (Fig. 01; pos 1) is brought in
position 1, the water is loaded inside the boiler;
after 120 seconds of loading, the machine goes
in alarm status; bring the switch in 0 position and
repeat the operation by pressing the same switch
a few times, until the pump has completely load-
ed the boiler and shuts off.
Once the minimum level has been reached, the
green light (Fig. 01; pos 12) will turn on and by
bringing the switch in 2 position, the orange light
will turn on (Fig. 01; pos 11).
N.B.: It is suggested not to bring the
switch in 2 position when the green
light is off.
Wait that the boiler’s pressure gauge (Fig. 01;
pos 21) indicates a pressure between 1 and 1.2
bar (0.1 – 0.12 MPa) prior to use the machine.
5.2 Heating
(Fig. 01)
To make sure that the machine has reached the
right thermal balance between temperature and
pressure, when the boiler’s gauge indicates a
pressure between 1 and 1.2 bar (0.1 – 0.12
MPa), press the steam tap (Fig. 01; pos 9) and
exhaust the steam 2 or 3 times in the discharge
basin.
The green light (Fig. 01; pos. 12), points off if
insufficient water level in the boiler.
The orange light (Fig. 01; pos 11) if on signals the
enabling of the resistor.
Warning:
When the green light (Fig. 01; pos 12) is off, a
safety device does not allow the machine to work;
contact the technical assistance service.
5.3 Preparation of coffee
(Fig. 03)
Warnings:
- Do not remove the filter holder when the de-
vice is on: burning hazard.
- Do not touch directly the metal part of the filter
holder and group: burning hazard.
- The standard doses for the filters are 6/8 grams
for a dose and 12 grams for two doses.
VERTICALE PM
(Fig. 03 - B)
1) Remove the filter holder from the supply
group.
2) Load the filter holder with ground coffee, press
the coffee paying attention not to dirty the bor-
der of the filter holder.
3) Hook back the filter holder in its location.
4) Press Key ON/OFF (Fig. 03 – B pos. a) to
stop output once the wanted dose has been
reached.
VERTICALE DE
