5. Select the desired intensity with the

buttons. The device has a total of 3 intensity levels.
We recommend that you start by using the lowest intensity level. The device automatically starts on
the medium intensity level.
Carefully check that the use of the device is pleasant for you. Use
of the device should feel pleasant and relaxing at all times. If use of the device is painful or
uncomfortable, stop using the device or change your lying position.
6. The yoga & stretching mat offers the option of adding additional warmth or vibration to the
programmes, to make use of the device more pleasant. To switch on the heat, press the heat
button on the remote control. To switch on the vibration function, press the vibration
button on the remote control. Press the relevant button again to switch off the heat/
vibration function.
Note
You can pause use of the device at any time with the pause button . Press the pause
button again to continue using the device.
7. If you would like to end the selected programme before the 15-minute programme duration
has elapsed, press the ON/OFF button . The device is now switched off.
8. After every use, take the mains part out of the socket.
8. Tips for optimum relaxation
- When stretching, try to let yourself lie back and relax, in order to enjoy using the device with-
out exertion.
- Breathe slowly and deeply through the nose and try to find an even breathing rhythm.
- On programmes that use rotating movements, you can gently move your head or body in
line with the movement.
- At the beginning, gently get your body used to the stretching movements. When you are
familiar with the use of the device and are comfortable with the treatment, you can repeat
the treatment as often as you like.
9. Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning
WARNING
• Always unplug the mains part from the socket and disconnect it from the device before
carrying out any cleaning.
• Clean the device using only the methods specified. Under no circumstances may liquid
enter the device or the accessories.
• Small marks can be removed using a cloth or damp sponge, and some liquid delicate
laundry detergent where necessary. Do not use any solvent-based cleaning products.
• Do not use the device again until it is completely dry.
Storage
If you do not plan to use the device for a long period of time, we recommend that you store it in
the original packing in a dry environment, ensuring it is not weighed down by additional items.
