6. Before use
1. Remove the packaging.
2. Open the hook-and-loop fastener on the yoga & stretching mat.
3. Lay the yoga & stretching mat flat on a level surface. Ensure that there is enough space to lie
on the yoga & stretching mat comfortably.
4. Check the device, mains part and cable for damage.
5. Connect the supplied mains part with the connection socket on
the yoga & stretching mat.
6. Plug the mains part into a suitable socket. Ensure that the mains
cable does not pose a trip hazard. The yoga & stretching mat is
now ready for use.
7. Use
1. Remove your shoes. Remove all jewellery. Wear comfortable clothing.
2. Lie on your back on the yoga & stretching mat. Ensure that your head is lying comfortably on
the head support and your buttocks are lying as close as possible to the raised grey area at
the bottom. Should the current lying position be uncomfortable, change your position until
you are lying comfortably.
3. To now turn on the yoga & stretching mat, press the ON/OFF button on the remote control.
4. Select the desired programme on the remote control. The yoga & stretching mat has 4 different
programmes to choose from. All 4 programmes are 15 minutes long. The yoga & stretching
mat switches off automatically once the 15 minutes have elapsed.
This programme is particularly suitable for the hips, lumbar area and shoul-
ders. With gentle rotating movements, possible tension in the hip, lumbar or
shoulder areas can be relieved.
This programme helps you to relax and recharge.
This programme was designed to gently stretch your spine along its full
length. As a result you will feel more flexible and balanced, just like after a
yoga session.
This programme deeply relaxes your entire body and helps you to switch off
from an often stressful daily routine.
