Waxy potatoes
(2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes)
2 tbsp Parsley
40 g
Melted butter
(approx. 1.54 oz)
1 tsp Salt

Slices of cheese
1. Preheat oven to 200 °C / 400 °F.
Peel potatoes and grate into a
bowl using the Potato Grater.
Finely chop the parsley, mix with
the butter, then add to the bowl
with potatoes and season.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment
paper. Divide the potato mix into
8 portions, placing them on the
baking sheet. Shape the portions
into loose patties. Flatten slightly.
3. Baking: approx. 35 min. in center
of oven.
4. Cut the tomatoes into eight slices.
Remove the oven-baked Swiss
style Rösti, add a slice of tomato
and a slice of cheese on each patty,
and bake for approx. another
10 min. until the cheese is melted
entirely.
Goes well with: mixed salad.
