2. Geared traction motor: check that the oil in the reduction gears
assembly reach the transparent oil-level control plug (the oil
should not exceed it). If necessary refill oil SHELL OMALA 220 or
FINA GIRAN 220, (oil quantity: 0.25 - 0.35 ltr.).
Inspections functions of the machine
1. Check the functionality of the seat microswitch;
2. Check the functionality of the acceleration pedal;
3. Check the functionality of the brush base;
4. Check the functionality of the brush motor;
5. Check the functionality of the solenoid valve and the pump;
6. Check the functionality of the squeegee;
7. Check the functionality of the suction motor;
8. Check the functionality of the emergency and parking brake;
9. Check the functionality of the steer;
10. Check the battery conditions, the holdfasts and the cables;
11. Check the functionality of the horn and the buzzer of the reverse gear;
12. Check the functionality of the winking light.
Test the machine functions
1. Fill the tank with water and check if there are any leakages.
2. Check the tightness of the water system and that the water outflow on both brushes is regularly.
3. Adjust the inclination and the wheels of the squeegee and carry out a test.
4. Adjust the inclination of the brush base and carry out a test.
5. Adjust through the knobs the lateral splashguards and carry out a test.
6. Check the efficiency of the parking and emergency brake: brake with max. speed and check that the
wheels are blocked contemporarily.

Check that the machine launched with max. speed, with full tank, will stop after releasing the
acceleration pedal within 85-90 cm. In contrary case, check the parameters of the console again,
in particular “Release Braking”.
8. Check the function of the seat micro-switch.
9. Check forward and reverse motion, acceleration and braking.
Final inspection
Check all the functions: scrubbing, suction, forward and reverse gear and braking.
