Regulation and adjustment of the brush base frame
1.
When carrying out a general service check also the adjustment
of the brush base inclination (the disc brushes should be lifted
in front about 4 – 5 mm when they touch the floor with the
back part).

On the
right side
, in movement direction, the measurements
of the two tie rods should be:

Upper tie rod
191mm from one screw centre to the
other

190mm from one screw centre to the
other

On the
left side
, in movement direction, the measurements of
the two tie rods should be:

201mm from one screw centre to the

200mm from one screw centre to the

4.
When you have to restore the measurements, unscrew the
adjuster nuts and screw or unscrew the tie rods according to
the desired effects.
Adjustments and verifications of the disc brush assembly
1.
Check that the oil in the reduction box is visible in transparent
level tap
(disc brushes) and arrives at the red level indication.
2.
Check the wear of the belts.
3.
Check the cooling holes of the motor
4. Check the wear of the motor carbon brushes.
Adjustment and verifications of the cylindrical brush assembly
1. Verify if the stamps of the brushes on the floor are uniform on
both sides, if necessary
adjust the corresponding screws.
2. If you notice vibrations on the cover of the brush support:
screw the relevant
nylon dowel
until the noise is eliminated.
3. Adjust the rubber height of the lateral splash guard until
achieving a uniform contact with the floor, fix the
adjuster
nut
.
