The costs are not reimbursed in the
event of a return (after assembly). The

expiry of the legally determined right

The company BestWater International
GmbH is not liable for indirect
damages caused by travel expenses,
telephone charges, loss of profits, loss
of time, inconveniences or loss of the
utility value of the filter system and
improper usage of the filter system.
Additional conditions
If the company BestWater
International GmbH agrees to an
exchange, it may exchange the filter
system/part for one that has already
been repaired.
* Warranty services are solely
performed by your retailer
(shipping is performed at the
expense of the customer).
** Changing the pre-filter
largely depends on local water
contamination, and should
be performed in even shorter
intervals as necessary.
