This appliance left our facility in
impeccable, functional condition.
However, should you have grounds
for a complaint, first use the User‘s
Manual to ensure that it is not an
operating or installation error.
Before you take further steps, call
BestWater customer service and consult
them.
The pictures in the User‘s Manual
and the list of replacement parts will
assist you with reordering and/or
disassembly.
Please do not forget to state your
customer number so that we can
process your order as quickly as
possible.
Within the 24-month warranty/
guarantee, the buyer bears the costs
for return shipping.
Please understand that we only return
devices that have been repaired for
a fee after successful receipt of a
deposit.
Warranty/guarantee
The 24-month warranty begins on the
day of purchase.
Should it be revealed that parts of the
BestWater system were made poorly/
with defects (excluding the disposable
filter units), then please inform your
retailer. The damaged part will be
examined after the appliance has been
sent in, and the defects remedied. If
the defect arose during the warranty/
guarantee period, and the user could
not have caused the defect, the user
does not bear any costs for repair*.

This warranty/guarantee is forfeit if
the defects were caused by:
- incorrect operation, misuse,
improper application or maintenance,
negligence, change in structure,
accidents, catastrophes, fire, flood,
frost and forces majeures.
The warranty/guarantee is also forfeit
if one of the following conditions is not
met:
1. The BestWater system must be
connected to the cold water supply.
2. The water pressure must be
between 1.0 and 7.0 bar.
3. The water temperature must be
between 4.4 °C and 40.5 °C.
4. The pH value must be higher than
6.5, but lower than 9.5, according to
the drinking water ordinance.
5. The maximum permissible iron
content in the water is 0.2 mg/l
according to the drinking water
ordinance.
6. The quantity of dissolved
substances (salts) may not exceed
2,000 µS.
