2.6 Importing / Exporting Data
This device supports certain applications from the Microsoft Outlook, the imported or
exported files have their corresponding files in your PCLink software.
You can import/export corresponding data of Schedule, Name Card, Memorandum, To
Do List from/to Outlook Calendar, Contract, Notes and Task of PC, and allowed to
import/export vCard (*.VCF) and import text file (*.TXT) of Name Card.
2.6.1 Import Data
Ex. Import Outlook Contacts to PCLink Name Card

Click “File” menu “Import”
→
”Import Outlook Contact…”

After a while it displays “Import Outlook Contact” window, select data from the right
side box to be imported, click “Import”, then click “OK” to import it to the PCLink
end.
Note:
The operation of exporting data is similar with Importing data. (Click “File” menu “Export”
→
select export type).
