2.4 Send / Receive Data
You can send and receive data between the unit and your computer. Be sure the unit and
your computer have already connected with a USB cable that comes with this unit.
Send data to the Unit:
A. The unit: Select [F4SYS]

[Information Communication]
B. Computer side: Select the data you want to send, and then select [Send to Unit] on
the tool bar.
C. The data will be sent from the computer to the unit.
Receive data from the Unit:

The unit: Select [F4SYS]
Æ
[Information Communication]

Computer side: Select [Receive from Unit] on the tool bar, select the data to be
received from the unit from the pop up window, then click [Receive from Unit] to
confirm.
C.
The data will be sent from the unit to PC.
2.5 Data Management
You are allowed to manage / edit PIM data and customize field name or category in
PC-Link software.
2.5.1 Edit Data
Please refer to an example of Name Card.
A.
Click “File” menu
→
”New add record”
→
”Name Card”, you can add a new Name
Card data on the editing screen
B.
Double click a name card to edit the content.
C.
Select one or more entries to copy, paste or delete.
Note:
Click on the blank area of “Portrait” to select BMP or JPG file as Name Card portrait.
