The new window shows for the indicated DALI ballast (upper right side) the current values of the following parameters. 

Status flags: In this section are shown some DALI status flags of the ballasts. 

Ready: Yes/no. Indicates if the DALI ballast has been initialized and it is ready for working or not.  

Lamp on: Yes/no. Indicates if the light is on or off (a minimum brightness value). 

Lamp failure: Yes/no. Indicates whether there is a lamp failure or not.
