System extension
The system extension function can be used with already addressed DALI installations in order to include a new non-addressed
DALI ballast. Use this function if the DALI line has been already addressed and commissioned and it is only necessary to find
a new DALI device installed, assign it an address and add it to the project.
The system extension is a slow proccess. Do not use this function if the number of non-addressed nodes (EVGs)
is very high. In this case it is better to run a new initialization.
The gateway will search for the DALI ballast that does not have an address in its project tree and will assign it a free one,
adding it to the project automatically. In this case the DALI addresses of other nodes do not changed and the new DALI
device will be available in the project.
