The carburetor arm installation is important to proper throttle setup.  Slide the 

arm over the butterfly shaft.  Look at the angle of the arm in both the open, 

 
 
 
 

    

 

 

And closed position.  Rotate the arm so the angle is the same in both positions.  

Secure the arm with 2 ea 3X3 setscrews and loctite.  Also install a short ball onto 

the arm with loctite.
