11. ΣΑΝΤΟΥΙΤΣ = SANDWICh
: This program
is suitable for kneading, rising and baking
bread for making sandwich. Using this
program, you can bake light texture bread
with a thinner crust. Press the “MENU”
button 11 times to select program 11.
12. ΨΗΣΙμΟ = BAKE
: This program is used
for baking only. No kneading and rising
occurs. It is also used for increasing the
baking time on selected settings. Press
the “MENU” button 11 times to select
program 11.
COLOR Button
• By pressing the “COLOR” button you can
select the desired color for the crust: LIGHT,
MEDIUM or DARK. Press this button to
select your desired color.
LOAF SIZE Button
• By pressing the “SIZE” button you can
select the loaf size of the bread: 750gr or
900gr. Press this button to select the loaf
size.
• Τhe “I” marking indicates that the selected
loaf size is 750gr. while the “II” marking
indicates that the selected loaf size is 900gr.
NOTE
: The total operation time for each
program may vary according to the
selected loaf size.
“TIME +” or “TIME – ” Buttons -
Time Delay Function
• You can set the delay time by pressing
buttons “TIME + ”or “TIME - ”, in case you
do not wish to start the function of your
bread maker immediately.
• Set the time after which you wish your bread
to be ready by pressing buttons “TIME + ”or
“TIME - ”.
NOTE
: The delay time should include
the baking time of the selected program.
This means, that at the completion of
delay time, hot bread will be ready to be
serviced.
• Firstly select the desired program and the
color of the crust.
• Then, set the delay time by pressing
“TIME+” or “TIME-”. By each press of
buttons “TIME+” or “TIME-”, the delay time
increases or decreases respectively by 10
minutes.
• The maximum delay time is 13 hours.
EXAMPLE
: Assume that the time is 8:30p.m.
If you want your bread to be ready next
morning at 7:00am, i.e.10 hours and 30
minutes later, then proceed according to the
below:
• Select the desired program, the color of the
crust and the loaf size.
• Then press the “TIME+” or “TIME-“to add
the time until 10:30 appears on the LCD.
Press the “START/STOP” button to activate
this delay program.
• You will see the dots of the time indication
flashing and the count down will begin
showing the remaining time. You will have
fresh baked bread at 7:00 in the morning.
• After the completion of the delay time, and
in case you do not want to remove the
bead immediately, the keep warm function
is activated, keeping the bread warm for 1
hour.
NOTE
: For time delayed baking, do not
use any easily perishable ingredients such
as eggs, fresh milk, fruits, onions, etc.
Keep Warm Function
After the completion of the selected program,
bread can be automatically kept warm for 60
minutes after baking.
